This is more of a dialogue than a story. You can make up on your own who’s saying what. I left that up to you. It’s about these five businessmen who are overworked and they go to work on this Monday morning and are just dreading the thought of work. You’ll see how it works into the picture.
Hope you like it!
“Hey Bill”
“Hey Dwayne”
“How’s it going?”
“Oh same old same old”
“Yes that’s how it is these days”
“Oh hey there Fred”
“Hi there”
“Well, its nine o’clock, better check in.”
“Yes, I guess so”
“Don’t want the old, cranky, boss to yell at us again”
“Ha-ha you’re right”
“Sometimes I wish we could get a break though”
“Yeah, that would be nice.”
“Oh hey there’s Dennis.”
“Hey Dennis, need some help with those boxes?”
“Yeah, boss just wanted me to take these outside.”
“Here let me get that for you.”
“Thanks, so what did you guys do this weekend?”
“Eh, not much just watching football”
“I didn’t get a chance, those kids are a handful”
“Tell me about it…”
“Yeah I remember when I was a kid I used to play in boxes like these.”
“Sometimes I’d just give anything to be a kid again.”
“Join the club.”
“I just want to climb into this box and forget all about work.”
“Yep.”
“Yep.”
“Wow, it is so windy today.”
“Hey, it’s Jim and Garret
“Hey guys what have you brought us?”
“Oh just decided to get coffee for everyone.”
“Thanks guys”
“No problem”
“So what are you guys doing out here?”
“Oh just reminiscing on our childhood.”
“Yeah…”
“Hey Garret what are you doing?”
“I dunno, haven’t you ever wanted to put a box on your head?”
“Jim? Oh you guys… C’mon we got to get to work.”
“Oh Dennis, C’mon don’t you just want to have a little fun?”
“Well, I just don’t want to get fired!”
“You won’t get fired.”
“C’mon Dennis.”
“C’mon”
“Okay, but I’m blaming you guys if we get caught!”
